Will the floor be much lighter in colour?
Yes, nearly all timbers will look lighter when sanded and finished.
How long will my flooring take to complete?
Dependent of size, condition of the floor and old coatings to be removed. An average 12ft x 12ft room will be completed in 2 days.
How shiny will my wooden floor be when completed?
That’s up to you. We stock from Ultra Matt to Gloss finishes. Just tell us how you’d like it finished.
Is floor sanding a dusty process?
Not as much as you would think! All our machines have dust extraction units and capture the majority of the dust. We do advise you to cover or remove any valuable items or furniture.
